These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Folkmoot, a software platform and related digital services (the “Service”) operated by Commonhall Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202612892N), a company incorporated in Singapore on 24 March 2026 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Folkmoot provides account-based access to social and community features and optional paid offerings (such as subscriptions and digital credits) delivered electronically through the platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Fees, billing cycles, and credit bundles are disclosed at purchase. Charges are processed by our payment providers. Prices may change with reasonable notice where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, violate law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Service features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty Singapore dollars).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
